Landscape architecture services included design and construction management for a seven acre property located adjacent to the Gunpowder Valley State Park. The property features a semi circular driveway addition lined with a cobblestone paver border; a new bluestone and brick front walkway system; renovation of an existing raised patio terrace; new patio terraces with built in grilling and bar kitchen areas; a stone outdoor fireplace; a plunge pool with an integrated waterfall; hot tub patio, custom wrought iron railings and garden trellises; landscape lighting to illuminate pathways, patios and specimen trees and a naturalistic style garden setting.
