Landscape architecture services included development of an overall Landscape Master Plan that was implemented in stages over the past 10 years. The property features a bluestone and brick front entry courtyard with guest parking, enclosure walls and steps, and an extensive shade pergola. Other features include a focal gristmill fountain, southwestern style gardens and a hillside retreat garden with boulder steps, rock gardens, a focal pond and waterfall.
